Beyond These Walls: Movie Website

For this project, I was tasked with creating a promotional website for the film Beyond These Walls: Building Community Through Public Art. The site content, images, and trailer link were provided. The site was expected to be flexible to device viewports, include navigation, and the rest was up to my creative direction.
My first step was to decide how to incorporate the provided content. I decided to break up the site into five pages: the main page, The Murals, The Artists, The Filmmakers, and Shop/Watch Now page. With this knowledge, I began to explore color and text that would correspond with the images provided. In looking for a display serif font that matched the logo, I decided on Cinzel. For the body text, I knew I wanted a sans font that would go well with the serif and found Karla.
